“Here is my servant whom I have chosen my beloved, with whom my soul is well pleased. I will put my spirit upon him and he will proclaim justice to the gentiles.”
Today Jesus is inviting me to become his chosen and beloved one to be led by his spirit to walk in his ways. Human as I am it is very difficult for me to become a special one in someone’s life because it demands from me a lot of sacrifice of my personal time, care and become obliged to be part of all the activities of the other one.
But it is not impossible to become beloved one in others’ life. Yet it is a sacrifice that people make in order to become someone special in others’ life. At present I see around the world lots of cheating that happen.
It is because they give importance to love not as a sacrificial love, and a love without sacrifice will not last long. Jesus himself is the best example for me because he loved me so much so he sacrificed his life for me and it is a challenge for me to live a life in order to become a sacrificial love for others through my life.
