Since childhood, Christmas as always left a trail of memories on ‘Siblings’ as Alex Prabakaran and Tinu Santiago love to call themselves. A couple of years ago, they hit upon a passionate idea of bringing to town the very best in decors that takes one back to the nostalgic moments of Christmas. They wanted to create a whimsical store that’s has everything about Christmas — the smell, the twinkling lights, the decorations, besides the joy in the air that makes hearts smile.
Alex, co-owner with ten years of experiencing the economics and the industry of Christmas behind him, states that, “The Christmas products in the market were overpriced. In 2019, my sister and I embarked on this journey of Christmas business with an aim to spread the joy of the season and at the same time and offer products at affordable prices without compromising on the quality. Although there are many pioneers in this field who have set up high standards since years, but we being amateurs are also etching our own mark by offering different variety of products.”
“We largely source PE and PVC Christmas trees from Germany and Netherlands, each product tree is specially designed as per our requirement ranging from 3ft-15ft, hence you cannot find trees similar to Advent Christmas Store anywhere else in the market,” claims Alex. There are garlands, wreaths, stockings, tinsels, lights, figurines and much more than one needs to decorate from home space to work space to any space for anyone. Not just the trees, but our sustainable and reusable “Stars” made of cloth, twirling snow globes with music and Christmas themed backgrounds have caught people’s attention.
With stores in Bengaluru and Goa, Advent Christmas Store ships products pan-India and aims to make a mark in every city as the year passes on. “It’s our customers love and suggestions over these years that have made us stand tall among others and we will continue to offer our very best, concludes the Siblings.
